The mind is like a computer. It can be used to do anything -- it can take you to your higher place.
For example, you are angry with someone's words and actions. You then respond with anger.
Anger is anger and it's coming from your lower place.
And, it's going to create more anger and become a never-ending war of hate, rage, and anger.
Self-hypnosis, meditation, guided
meditation, yoga regardless of the form will take you to your higher place.
It's call LOVE… Love of self and
love of others.
