Everything in Life is First Created in Your Mind and Becomes Your reality!

Look in the mirror… How do you see yourself? Do you picture yourself as inhibited or sociable hopeless or talented, affectionate or unfriendly, confident or unsure, fearful or fearless?

⁣The pictures and images you hold of yourself are firmly embedded in your subconscious mind (referred to as your habit mind). They have been developed through control, manipulation, and domination from your parental and environmental conditioning and experience from birth to age six. You may not even be aware of it.

Our life is a reflection of our past. It may be encouraging and helpful or burdensome and damaging.

If fear, anxiety, or lack of confidence is part of the images held in your mind, they’re almost certainly getting in the way of who you’d like to be.⁣

But here’s the good news. Through self-hypnosis, you can change the snapshot you carry of yourself. When you do, you’ll see benefits in all areas of your life. Because if there’s such a thing as a shortcut to self-improvement, changing your self-image is it:

Hypnosis is an induced state of mind or altered state of consciousness during which the subject becomes receptive to suggestion. The skilled professional hypnotist instructs at timed intervals to a cooperative subject to create this state of mind and being. With expert instruction and training, you will learn to induce and control this state of mind yourself. This is self-hypnosis.

Self-Hypnosis is a learning process. You will be putting techniques for self-improvement into practical application. The Self-Hypnosis course is taught to become a more competent, more productive, and happier person.  This growth invites your fullest cooperation and willingness to learn. Indeed, you will not simply learn, but through these exercises, you will expand in all areas of your life.

This course teaches techniques of relaxation and suggestions for changing behavior, with improvement in attitude. Our courses are designed to aid in vocational and recreational pursuits and help change undesirable habits.

You’ll learn using proven techniques for meditative relaxation will permit the subconscious mind to become responsive to positive suggestions. It has been found that with the process of visualization and positive imagery in a relaxed or hypnotic state, a permanent ascent into a more creative and comfortable living experience can become a reality. At no time under hypnosis does one “go to sleep.”

The induced relaxation permits the conscious mind’s analytical areas to become receptive to suggestions, images, and reinforcement.

The word “auto” is from the Greek word “self,” hence “self-hypnosis” can also be called “auto-suggestion” or “self-suggestion.”

Your own enthusiasm for learning self-hypnosis is important and will greatly enhance your capacity for becoming proficient in this ancient and beneficial science.

The material that follows will further explain this phenomenon and describe the hypnotic state, your response to the suggestion, the make-up of your mind, plus many practical uses for self-hypnosis.

YOUR MIND:

The mind is composed basically of two parts:

  1. The Conscious Mind, which is sometimes referred to as the objective mind or analytical mind, makes up approximately seven to ten percent of the mind.

Subconscious mind

  1. The Subconscious Mind, which is also referred to as the unconscious or subjective mind, occupies the remaining ninety to ninety-three percent of the mind.

The conscious mind has partial control of the nervous system and muscle action. Everyone has slowed his breathing and heart rate or affected muscular reaction by using the conscious mind. This is the voluntary portion of the mind.

The conscious mind has the responsibility of organizing the mental process to cope effectively with reality. The conscious mind receives messages from the senses and uses them to decide to accept or reject the incoming information. The conscious mind is used to make day-to-day decisions. It is also the guardian of suggestions that enter the subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind is where the conscience resides. Most of us think of the conscience as stemming from a religious doctrine or parental training, or both. It actually consists of our intellectual and spiritual concepts of right and wrong derived from and believed acceptable by our society. It serves as a policeman regulating our behavior.

We are aware of our conscience when we think of or commit an act contrary to our long-held beliefs, precepts, or moral code. This presents conflict within, and the conscience tells us so with uneasy and uncomfortable pangs and inner pain. From these uncomfortable feelings can spring guilt, frustration, and anxiety.

On the other hand, if we plan or enact a favorable experience that is in keeping with our standards and values, then we feel “good” about ourselves and find life at that instant more meaningful. The conscience is not altered in a state of hypnosis. Either way, it remains active and functional.

The subconscious mind controls the autonomic nervous system and regulates and coordinates heart function, glandular activity, muscular movements, etc. It is the coordination of this complex yet well-functioning process that keeps each person alive and healthy.

When a person is unconscious through anesthesia, shock, coma, or injury, the subconscious state of mind does not inhibit body function for its own protection and well-being.

The subconscious is a vast storehouse of knowledge, impulse, and experience accumulated since birth. Everything a person has seen, heard, smelled, felt, and experienced since birth is recorded in the subconscious mind. The mind can be compared to a computer. Exploratory brain stimulation by surgeons and case studies of hypnotized subjects has demonstrated that memories are stored, not forgotten.

As you begin practicing self-hypnosis, you will become very much aware of the subconscious and recognize it as a compelling state of mind that can tap into a wealth of experience and change attitudes, habits, and behavior.

It is generally agreed from available research that the subconscious is non-judgmental.

Like a computer, it will respond to whatever is programmed into it. On the conscious level, a person rationalizes and probes values, standards, and ethics—the subconscious stores the conscience’s rules and codes without defining good, bad, right, or wrong.

The subconscious stores and maintains all habits and attitudes, appropriate or inappropriate, good or bad.

Hypnosis is a normal state of mind and one that we experience many times a day. We experience hypnosis when watching a movie or television, when daydreaming, or in the transitional state of going to sleep or waking up. It is possible to experience the hypnotic state while reading or listening to music.

Consider your own behavior the last time you attended a movie. A succession of two-dimensional photo images portrayed a real-life experience, and you experienced all the emotions of the portrayal as a real-life experience. When you left the theatre, everything at first looked unfamiliar, unreal, and you had to reorient your conscious mind to the real world: the better the performance, the more profound the experience. During a movie, we experience the hypnotic state.

Our conscious minds are concentrated on identifying the changing forms of light; the subconscious is supplying information from our own life experiences to utilize, magnify, and enjoy our images.

This is hypnosis. We construct a meaningful and continuous interpretation of the movie. After the performance, we again free our conscious minds to function in the real world.

PRACTICAL USES OF SELF-HYPNOSIS

Hypnosis is a powerful tool. When coupled with the appropriate suggestion, it can affect unbelievable changes in a person: changes in altered bodily functions to permanent behavior changes. This self-hypnosis course is useful to anyone who wishes to redirect and improve their attitude and behavior.

The basic factors of motivation, relaxation, goal orientation, and self-confidence are covered expertly in our courses. The unique ability to use self-hypnosis as needed continuingly for self-development is thoroughly explored throughout the instructional period.

Once you have mastered self-hypnosis techniques, you have them for the rest of your life to be used by you for increased self-understanding and improvement. What you will learn can be used in all areas of your life.

The mind is like a computer. It can be used to do anything -- it can take you to your higher place. ⁣

For example, you are angry with someone's words and actions. You then respond with anger. ⁣

Anger is anger and it's coming from your lower place. ⁣

And, it's going to create more anger and become a never-ending war of hate, rage, and anger.⁣

Self-hypnosis, meditation, guided⁣
meditation, yoga regardless of the form will take you to your higher place. ⁣

It's call LOVE… Love of self and⁣
love of others.⁣

Learning early in life may help keep brain cells alive: Brain cells survive in young who master a task

According to a recently published study in Frontiers inNeuroscience, Rutgers behavioral and systems neuroscientist Tracey Shors, who co-authored the study, found that the newborn brain cells in young rats that were successful at learning survived while the same brain cells in animals that didn't master the task died quickly.  http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2014/05/140527154750.htm

"Being a very positive person, and being able to achieve anything I really wanted, as a kid I remember saying to myself, 'I truly have everything I want. All my dreams have come true. Wow!' Now I understand that as a child I naturally, automatically, used the Laws of the Universe, which brought all the riches I desired to my life.

A little later, when my circumstances changed and things started to go "wrong," when almost nothing went the way I had planned or wanted it to be, and I grew tired of feeling depressed, upset, unhappy, unsatisfied, and miserable, I started my (this time) conscious search for happiness, success, and wellbeing.

To that end, I started consciously studying what I had naturally known and applied as a child. Through this 10-year journey of mine, I have gained a lot of knowledge, expanded my awareness, mastered the Laws of the Universe, and found everything I was looking for." ~~ Zlatoslava Petrak

The one question everyone has...

How Do I Benefit From Your Hypnosis CD's and Downloads?
Here's how:
Everyday you and I encounter thousands of messages (auditory and visually) that goes directly into our subconscious mind. And rarely do we identify with all the information on a conscious level; there is so much going on inside our minds that we cannot  mentally process everything consciously.
However our subconscious mind does. The down side is that we process lots of negative information causing us to experience fears, anxieties, phobias, lack of confidence, low self esteem, low motivation, self image problems and  place many limitations in our life.

All of this information is going into your brain, from one pass learning, and over time repetitively,  will create thought patterns and feeling that bring on negative habits, behavior and beliefs about ourselves.
Hypnosis works on this same principle.  However, instead of  processing negative unwanted  information randomly from your daily environment you can now  take control of the information going into your mind.  Which means you can send yourself  useful positive information  to reeducate your mind and override all the negative information causing harm in  your life.
You now develop, in the area of your choice, creating real permanent and positive internal changes.  These changes will consist of powerful and strong feelings and behaviors of self worth, self esteem, focus and memory, motivation, overcome fear and anger, belief in your ability to accomplish things, overcome any negative attitudes and so much more.
In short you TAKE CONTROL of your life.

Stories...

We live through stories; a reflection of the past.

Stories bring tears to our eyes and sadness to our hearts.

Stories bring laughter, joy, energy and found memories.

Stories are in effect of our lives daily.

Stories are found in history book, words of others in conversation and come in all lengths - short and long -

But stories are the past we live in and many have power over our state of mind and create phobias, fears, anxieties, hatred, jealousies, and a host of others that shape our lives.

Living in the present is a challenge when stories, run a muck in our heads, stilling the present moment from us. However not all is lost... because our present moments become stories bearing tears to our eye and sadness to our hearts and laughter, joy, energy and found memories.

For the future is always upon us never to be experienced until it 's in the moment and has moved to the past as just another story in life.

Dream Big Dreams for the future and enjoy the stories.

Are you stuck inside your comfort zone? When you try to break-through does the pain you experience thrust you back inside? Whatever endless looping that your Comfort Zone consist of; the price you pay is too high.

Comfort Zones may be considered a safe place but unless you break-through you'll live a minuscule life.

The endless possibilities that life provides us require that we have to venture out even to the point of living on the edge. This may be scary, but if we give up on escaping out of our Comfort Zone, our most desirous dreams and aspiration are lost.http://www.donlprice.com

AUTOMATIC WRITING

The Late Leslie LeCron, eminent clinical psychologist and author of "Self Hypnotism - The Technique and its Use in Daily Living," used automatic writing in his practice to obtain data from his patients.

He found that his clients were sometimes reserved and hesitant to release childhood experiences on the conscious level, so he would hypnotize them and, give them a pad of paper and a pencil, ask the same questions and have them write their answers. He found amazing frankness and more complete answers in this way.

When we (hypnotist) discuss automatic writing, we must also be aware that this interesting phenomenon is also claimed by spiritualists, mediums and gurus as "spirit-writing."

Spiritualists claim that in the relaxed a spirit from a "departed soul" is now able to communicate through a Living person. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the noted writer, had a firm belief in spiritualism.

As far as I'm concerned, I'm teaching automatic writing to permit one to release information from the SUBCONSCIOUS mind, I'm teaching hypnosis on a scientific basis.

If we attempt to interlace spiritualism, medium-ship and clairvoyance, we will be falling into the same trap as other hypnotists in history, to the detriment of hypnosis and our own personal authenticity.

Those who have mastered automatic writing can testify that it is a tempting proposition to claim "supernatural" contact, but it is intended here as a methodology in which hypnosis is dramatically effective in making possible.

Of course, relaxation to (trance) a deep state must precede automatic writing. From this state then, waking hypnosis is utilized to permit the subject to then "let the information comes through." There is no conscious effort made on the part of the subject.

LeCron tells of some of his clients reading a book or listening to music while the hand is rapidly writing automatically without conscious direction. He cites others who wrote with both hands while reading. These rare "automats" can write on two separate issues at the same time and read a book, too, rather convincing evidence, which demonstrates the power of the subconscious mind.

The principle thought in automatic writing is to permit the "moving hand" to write with no conscious effort or direction, and simply release information, knowledge or even advice from the "inner self."

PSYCHOLOGY -- Information Rarely Available!

Psychology as a behavioral science is the parent body of modern hypnosis. As history reveals, psychology did not erupt until the latter half of the nineteenth century.

Until then it was extremely difficult for man to accept a scientific view of himself. Powerful philosophical and theological concepts and forces obstructed scientific inquiry of man's mind, mental activity and behavior.

The student should become fully aware that psychology and the study of modern hypnosis are post-Darwinian. Only since Charles Darwin (1809-1882) wrote The Origin of the Species, establishing the theory of evolution and man's mammalian relationship to all other species, did science overcome conflicting religious views sufficiently to place man into the realm of biology.

While hypnosis was in use prior to Darwin, it has only been since his exhaustive studies and painstaking observations that psychology, modern hypnosis, hypnotherapy, hypno-analysis and positive auto-suggestion have been developed, researched and scientifically documented.

In the Late nineteenth century the fact that man was a mammal and a primate could no longer be ignored by philosophers and ecclesiastics alike.

As a result, psychology came into being as an independent and Legitimate study. Before that a "psychologist" was unknown; there were only "philosophers."

Darwin virtually exploded super-naturalistic connotations pertaining to man and revealed man, as with all other animals, having the need to eat, sleep, reproduce and subject to disease. His revelations have permitted the scientific investigation of behavior, mental activity and habits.

From them, too, has come knowledge of the evolution of body structure, environmental adaptation and selectivity by mankind. And with the evolution of customs, and adaptations from agriculture to industry, has also come the study of behavior.

Behavior is any action that can be observed, whether it be of an adult, child, kitten, puppy or chimpanzee; and from this developmental knowledge has come behavioral psychology.

Man has long adapted his behavior (in part) to his environment. The thesis "survival of the fittest" emphasized those alterations from generation to generation to adjust and strengthen the specie in its environment. This biologically stresses physical-mental adjustment to pass on to future generations, evidently to enhance the specie.

This has given man the capacity and desire to invent, store, retrieve, create language, protect himself from danger and "modify" his environment and place in it. It is only since the mid-nineteenth century that research has revealed that man has scarcely scratched the surface in investigating his own mind and those "qualities" for change, alteration and/or improvement.

And it has been the fledgling science of psychology that has led the way into these exciting explorations of the fathomless depths of man's mind, his reactive mechanisms and the "intuitive insight of imagination." Hypnosis has aided and continues to aid the limitless extensions of this scientific examination, study, development and search.

Happy Monday to All!

I hope that all of you had a incredible, exciting and stress free weekend. Without question its' easy to fine one's self going in and out thoughts. Our Thoughts (like a Merry-go-Round) go round and round; up and down with joy, cheerfulness, calm and peacefulness to anger, frustration and downright fear.

So I would like to make a point worthy of noting here...We hear often that a person's character is the result of his/hers environmental force. Stated bluntly this is absolutely FALSE.

Many of the world's greatest women and men have been born in poverty and in adverse circumstances. You only have to look up the history of Lincoln, Sir Walter Scott, James Ramsay Macdonald and the list goes on to thousands.

You are empowered to create and mold your environment and circumstances through your THOUGHT POWER... become single minded and focused in your thoughts of what you want. With time your dreams and desires will come true.

Lying in America

Level 1 – Unconscious Incompetence
(You Don't Know that You Don't Know)
You have a complete lack of knowledge and skills in the subject in question. You are unaware of this lack of skill.

Level 2 – Conscious Incompetence
(You Know that You Don't Know)
At this level you find that there are skills you need to learn, discover that there are others who are much more competent than you. As you realize that your ability is limited, your confidence drops. You go through an uncomfortable period of time as you learn these new skills.

Level 3 – Conscious Competence
(You Know that You Know)
You have acquire the new skills and knowledge. You put your learning into practice and you gain confidence. You are aware of your new skills and work on refining them. However you have to think concentrate on the performance of these activities and skills until they become automatic.

Level 4 – Unconscious Competence
(You Don't Know that You Know – It Just Seems Easy!)
These are habits, and you perform the task without conscious effort and with automatic ease. Your in the zone and your confidence and abilities peak.

Anxiety, Authenticity and Naked

From omtimes.com - November 11, 2:08 AM

By Carolyn Tucker LAPC anxiety – noun ( pl. anxieties ) a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome: he felt a surge of anxiety.
authenticity – noun. the quality of being authentic: the paper should have established the authenticity of the documents before publishing them.
naked – adjective 2 [ attrib. ] (of something such as feelings or behavior) undisguised; blatant: naked, unprovoked aggression | the naked truth.
 ”

 “
.It seems anxiety symptoms are skyrocketing these days. People come into my office tied up in knots and paralyzed by symptoms such as fear, tension, shakiness, describing a lump in their chest or stomach and feelings of dread. Anxiety is a very unpleasant feeling, and yet it is pervasive in our society. We are overworked, underpaid and we barely have the time to do the things we “must” do, the things we “like” to do are a mere fantasy.”
