Sample Hypnosis Induction

• Make yourself very comfortable. Allow your eyes to close and relax yourself completely.
• Take a deep breath, filling your lungs completely, and as you exhale, think: One, I am so relaxed and so comfortable. (have a personal session over the phone or Internet NOW)
• Another deep breath, filling your lungs completely and as you exhale think: Two, I am feeling fine, I feel wonderful.
• And another deep breath, filling your lungs completely and as you exhale: Three, I am going deep into this creative, imaginative, dynamic, and intuitive relaxation.
• Become aware of your feet and toes now, so that they begin to tingle lightly from your own circulation, which is normal and natural.
• Feel this pleasant relaxation from your own circulation, like a gentle massage, spreading down through your instep, the arch, and the heels of your feet, bathing your feet in soothing, warm, comfortable relaxation.
• Relaxation continues on up through your ankles, from your lower legs to your calves, until they become deeply relaxed.
• All outside sounds, noises, movements, and distractions, and your own thoughts, no matter what they may be, become more relaxing to you and you feel wonderful.

• All your facial muscles are completely relaxed and your teeth slightly separate, and you let go even more.
• As you continue to release yourself from extraneous thoughts and you dedicate your complete attention to what you are about to hear, you become more pleasantly relaxed than ever before; highly receptive to, and completely engrossed in, every word, every thought, every suggestion, as it applies to you and your individual needs, wants, and desires.
• You creatively imagine now that your ears are like sensitive microphones because you understand that's the way they function.
